It is widely recognised that all junkyards in Malton have already been cut open. Searching junkyards will yield a wide variety of different items, including crowbars, mobile phones, flak jackets, fire axes, pistol clips, shotgun shells, spraycans and fuel cans, mixed in with the far less desirable baseball bats, books, knives, pipes and newspapers. Junkyards can be barricaded, but have no doors to shut.

Description

This place has a foul reek, but that's to be expected. Surprisingly there is little garbage, but LOTS of ash and partly burned objects.

History

This place was a dump before the apocalypse. It is a dump DURING the apocalypse. Really there's not much else to mention. Of course, there was the great fire that destroyed all the trash inside a week after the apocalypse began and set forth all the terrible smells of the trash within upon the city, but nobody really remembers nor cares about that since it was in the early days of the apocalypse. According to the Yagoton Barricade Plan, this building is to be kept at EHB at all time. The nearest free running entry point is St. Alexander's Church, one block directly south.
