It is widely recognised that all junkyards in Malton have already been cut open. Searching junkyards will yield a wide variety of different items, including crowbars, mobile phones, flak jackets, fire axes, pistol clips, shotgun shells, spraycans, fuel can, mixed in with the far less desirable baseball bats, books, knives, pipes and newspapers. Junkyards can be barricaded, but have no doors to shut.

Shop-owners in Woodroffe used to favour this place for illegal dumping of rubbish. But no-one uses it now.
