One of four Fire Departments in Brooksville, this building is surrounded by the Crofts Arms, the Zeally Arms, Naisbitt Auto Repair, Dodimead Bank, and the Mattick Towers. The nearest NT building located in Brooksville is the Flooks Building, in addition to the Pittman Building in Shore Hills.

Kippin's Row Fire Station is the Malton Fire Department headquarters for Brooksville, and primary base of operations for District SW-3.
