I always thought "Kristi of the dead was hiding something, something huge. Not that I am a suspicious fella or anything nor do I have too much spare time on my hands, no that last part is a lie, but this DEM chairwoman looks too squeaky clean. So after diving into some classified information on wikipedia, I found something strange. Everyone would of thought Kotd is just the initials for “Kristi of the dead”, but to my surprise it’s also connected to an incident 10 years ago.

In 1997, Microsoft developed the first range of software capable of manipulating processors to have self consciousness. This was a major break through and Microsoft secretly made a deal with the US air force to provide them with the latest of technology hardware. Imagine a processor which can react faster than any human brain can ever will, and the knowledge of it wanting to survive, so perfectly ideal in a combat situation for say a fighter jet.

This first batch of hardware was to be shipped to the infamous Area 51, but it was hijacked and stolen by Cuban freedom fighters (they were on holiday). The US armed forces reacted quickly hopefully to stop the Cubans reaching back to Cuba with the precious cargo. But by the time they got to the warehouse, where the cargo was supposedly being hidden, all that was left was a Microsoft invoice for US airforce which contained the customer number (this took me quite a while to find out) 121d-54sd-8461-KOTD.

Now that was surprising to me, a secret document, only a very few knew about, had the exact same initials that Kristi is displaying. US air force knew this would be a disaster if Castro did get hold of the hardware, and would make America look like a complete fool if the news of top secret military hardware was stolen by the Cubans right under their noses. They had only one option to be sure that the ship never reach Cuban shores, they sent out F22s to intercept and destroy the ship carrying the cargo, and hoping to eliminate all possible traces of the software.

For many years, it appeared that they were safe, but in mid 2005 the secret codename from the customer number off the invoice appeared online, this was traced to a non-official forum of Urban dead. Under a group called DEM , which was also the initials of the head programmer of the secret project, Derrick Eason Montgomery. Theories were that, could the Cubans split the cargo into two and were shipped from another location unknown to CIA? Or did part of the cargo survived, if a fellow ship crew jumped over board with a micro-chip before all hell broke loose? No one knows for sure, but some are certain that parts of the software are currently out there somewhere.

Another thing is that, this user seems to combat a group of people known as pkers, which was also the viral program name for the destruction of the KOTD software if the self-consciousness reach a critical level where it start attacking their own people. Co-incidence or is this software “remembers” past history of the destruction program?

Also signs to suggest Kotd might not want she appears to be is why does her right hand side of her face always covered, what is she hiding. A mole? A childhood scar or could it be that a Cuban scientist over the years built a capable robot to house the software, but due to lack of funding they were not able to full construct living tissue over the whole of the face? With these questions still unanswered I drove further into another classified site, Google images, and found this and only this photograph of the other side of the face.
