[edit] Legions of Lockettside-Disbanded

The Legions of Lockettside as a meta group is defunct. Most of the founding groups are inactive with only the Lockettside Boys and Lockettsdie Valkyries still operating and neither group communicates much. The Lockettside Boys took in several remaining members from groups like the LDS and independants (myself included) who had fought under the Legions banner and are still fighting for Lockettside. Only the Legions Forum[1] is still active and used by the LoBo's --Fausta Gummings 19:34, 27 August 2008 (BST)

The LL is a strong alliance of good aligned survivor groups that can be found within the Suburb of Lockettside. The Legions of Lockettside have one main purpose, to provide a way for all groups in the suburb to meet on equal ground, discuss current situations, give ideas and suggestion, and just try to make our suburb better for everyone with a pulse.

The Legions of Lockettside in no way wish to come acrossed threatening to local or beginning groups, unless you're a bunch of PKers of course. We don't push our weight around in the suburb and hope that no group should feel forced to join it, but are welcome if they decide to. Anyone that fights for the good of Lockettside is considered a friend and ally to the Legions of Lockettside.

[edit] The LL Alliance

If you are a good aligned group located in Lockettside and you would like to join the Legions of Lockettside Alliance, please place your name on the list below. Or, if you are already listed on the alliance and wish to pull your group out then please remove the name and sorry that you are leaving.

[edit] Known PKers

The following names are a list of people who have killed innocents and are known to be commonly active within Lockettside. Add to the list freely, but only if there is some form of proof. We don't want anyone branded as a PKer when they are innocent.

Alternatively use the Rogues Gallery[3] (courtesy of Brainstock) to look up all known PKers with bounties on their heads, use the x,y search function at the bottom with the coordinates from your GPS to narrow the list down to those known to be local. Please check the PK reports for each name to see if there are still unclaimed bounties. Failure may result in the DEM adding you to the list!

[edit] List of known Revive Positions

The following places are local revive spots. Please do not shoot the undead standing in these areas unless you are attacking a known PKer, Zombie threat, or a Rotter.

In Lockettside proper:

  • Kendall Row (26,84)
  • Rackman Row (28,82)

[edit] Current News

Some members of Legions currently located at Hebditch NT at North Blythville are defending this building from a horde of 35 zombies.--Tarraco 19:06, 24 September 2007 (BST)

Last 2-3 weeks members of LL has been defending Tompson Mall and other resource buildings around this area. Currently survivors control the Mall despite of the large horde of zombies located out the NW corner majorly. --Tarraco 21:10, 29 April 2007 (BST)

02/21/07 -- Sorry about the late response, but Black Mesa is happy to be part of the Legions of Lockettside. We will assist in operating the revive point at Peppe Park, and Black Mesa employees will also check daily at the cemetery west of Tompson Mall for survivors who need revives(17, 83).

I know we have been accused of PKing and bad behavior, but those employee(s) are going against Black Mesa leadership and philosophy. We're dedicated to making Lockettside a better place and assisting in defense against the zombies.

Hopefully we can resolve the conflict with Beacham Museum through diplomacy. Black Mesa is willing to sit down and discuss a solution either directly with Beacham or with a group of the LL as a neutral mediator. We hope that Beacham is willing to negotiate too. -- Respectfully, [Goody Good]

Sunday, February 11, 2007 Lockettside has officially lost its Safe status, in response to now regular breakins of resource buildings by small hordes, (around 5-7 in a horde). The danger level is now Moderate, hopefully we can fight them off and regain our Safe status.

02/10/07 -- As said on the Lockettside page, there have been multiple reported zombie break-ins through-out the suburb. Most of these break-ins have occured in the NW section in the vicinity of Thompson Mall. It is commonly believed that it is the RRF, a.k.a: The Ridleybank Resistance Front. The RRF is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, known organized zombie horde in Malton and are to be considered an extremly dangerous threat to the suburb and survivors residing in it. I advise the NW section to barricade most buildings to Extremely Heavily barricade with the exception of a few to be kept at Very Strongly for Entry Points and each building is advised to have a running generator that has full fuel, along with survivors inside with extra fuel and buildings should have a radio that is tuned to 26.11 Hz. If you have a cell phone you should find others with one add them to your contacts list and then split up and go to separate buildings for another means of communication without having to leave safehouses. I also advise all new players in that area to move toward the SE section away from the horde.--NecroHealer 00:01, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

01/13/07 -- I just today went northwest to Wykewood to visit our neighbors the Josephine's Generals and found one of their hospitals under attack by nearly a dozen undead. Since they have been long standing allies of the LoBo I ask that anyone who can spare the time and firepower to aid them, you would be a great help. Thanks. -- Joe Riggs 22:07, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

01/10/07- we now have a forum! members are asked to sign up, as this will greatly aid inter group co-ordination.

01/06/07 - It is official that both The 'Sards and St. John's EMTs are onboard with the LL. This will surely be a strong alliance and I look forward to what it can accomplish in the future. As of now, only a responce from the Black Mesa is needed to make the whole group list complete. Oh, and good job you guys that updated the PKer list, that should help us all keep a watchful eye on the suburb. -- Joe Riggs 19:41, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

01/03/07 - Today is the first day of the beginning of a strong alliance. I listed all the local groups of good survivors that are active in the suburb and hope they all remain on the list and get invovled.
