[edit] Description

The Lapley Building was home to Malton's nascent high-tech industries. Reginald Lapley, a scotsman, endowed a venture capital group to support the growth of high-tech industries in Northern England and Scotland, which were highly successful prior to the events of the Outbreak. At present the Lapley Building is occasionally used as a home for the few survivors remaining in Malton.
