Last Hope is a Mercenary human group that offers their services to other humans in need.
They don't do this just as a public service, they commonly ask any one of the following in return of their services.
1. A safe house for the entire mission.
2. Recruiting rights for that area during and/or after the mission.
3. Your word that you/your group will repay them with services that might be asked of you/your group later in the game.
