I've recently found a series of NecroTech memos on a computer that wasn't connected to the citywide mainframe when they were purged of nearly all useful information. A large portion of the memos are redacted, but they still seem to be a treasure trove of information. Among them, I've noticed a disturbing trend. Many employees who submit resignation notices with the intent to work elsewhere wind up dead, often in "robberies gone bad". The general trend seems to be that they were involved in corporate espionage... but like I learned in school, "Once is a fluke, twice a coincidence, three times a conspiracy." Here's just one of the memo's I found.

NECROTECH INTERNAL SYSTEM * NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE

TO: Human Resources - Severance .......... .................

FROM: Human Resources - Employee Retention ..................... ............

SUBJ: Termination of ........ .................

DATE: ..........................

It has come to our attention that ........ ................. has resigned his position in the company in a highly informal matter. It seems that he took his work home with him two days ago, then caught a plane yesterday that landed near the headquarters of Rateger.

Corporate wants you to send a financial consultant to his location and remind him of the non disclosure agreement he signed. Have the consultant offer ................. the standard severance package for those who leave without notice, then return the documents.

Make sure that the consultant returns reciepts for all monies disbursed. He will recieve his standard fee.

........ ................. is checked into the .............. Hotel just outside of .............. He is traveling under the assumed name of Ron Burgundy (I know, it's ludicrous expecting to go unnoticed with that name) and is checked into Room 214.
