Lukinswood is a suburb of Malton, located in the west of the city. In proximity to one of Malton's western most malls, Ackland in Havercroft, Lukinswood is not for those used to the abundance and safety of the forts, mansions, and malls to the east. Lukinswood only has one NechroTech building, one hospital, and two police departments located in the extreme east and west of the suburb.

On July 3, 2009, the Emergency Broadcast System was found inside a side room in The Coram Building. This discovery increased the importance of Lukinswood a bit. It remains to be seen if the EBS will bring more interest from survivors (and zombies) to the suburb or not.
