Upon hearing of the Zombie Outbreak, the Director of the Malton LEA informed all teaching staff of the outbreak via Email. Incidentally this was also the last anyone ever heard of him.

'Rumours of what can only be described as 'the undead rising' are true.

All headteachers are to inform teachers and parents of the emergency via phone, email and verbal communication. If possible call a whole school assembly and get the caretakers / local police / fire department to secure the school and escort the students to the nearest railway station where evacuation trains are running.

If the undead are nearby it is up to individual heads and teachers to lead students to safety. If no trains or transportation are available head for the border. I believe the military are setting up there and they may be able to help.

Remember the students are our primary concern. Them first and us second. Always.

Statistics

Out of the 218,378 students in Malton 40,000 were reported to have been killed. 70,221 students have been registered with External Military Authorities with 80,157 unaccounted for.

Out of 23,533 teaching staff across the city barely half of them managed to escape Malton. It is assumed most of the remainder were killed by Zombies or are still fighting against the zombie hordes..
