New Arkham is a suburb of Malton, located at the south-western corner of the city.
Although the large number of Necrotech buildings make New Arkham useful for scientists, the absence of police departments makes the area unattractive for survivors specializing in firearms skills. Because New Arkham is a long distance away from the mall, survivors here are at a significant resource disadvantage - survivors sometimes move out after acquiring Bargain Hunting. Even before the outbreak it was considered boring. Most people had simple office jobs. After children grew up, they usually left to find some place less dull. The only thing that New Arkham was ever famous for was that it was the youngest suburb in Malton, it was 37 years old at the time of the outbreak and is now preparing for 42nd birthday celebrations.
