- the Seaman Museum becomes VSB Entryway to 9 block area in the NW
- Ripper Bank becomes VSB Entryway to 9 block area in the NE
- the Byfield Building becomes VSB Entryway to 9 block area in the SE
- St. Eugene's Church becomes unbarricaded Exception for indoor revive point
