Excerpt from the Fede Imperialis, Adeptus Sororitas Battle-Prayer

Currently the sole working Order of Sisters of Battle, if more Sororitas arrive they will be organized into other Orders as needed. After orbital deployment into Hive Malton Canoness Azalea has set out to regroup the Order's forces and drive back the mutant hordes that infest Malton in accordance with other forces of the Imperium of Man, especially the mutant horde Hel's Daughters. This group, like the Imperium, is an RP group based on the Warhammer 40k universe.

I fight block by block

We are strongly opposed to Zerging and Spying as both are grossly dishonorable tactics and spit in the face of what a Sister is and does. We seek open, honorable engagements with our foe, not the skulduggery and deception of heretics and cultists. Furthermore, while our forces may on occasion operate in conjunction with other agents and agencies of the Imperium, we more often then not will be operating behind enemy lines on our own. As such any support from alts is frowned upon and regular abuse of alts will be handled with disciplinary action.

We do NOT Random Revive. Given our objectives and organization we will not be able to maintain revive points and as such should work first to revive our own, then other Imperial agents, and only then to move on to those who are not of the Imperium if known to be friendly.

Relations with other groups

The Order of the Valorous Heart recognize all alliances and protectorates of the Imperium of equal weight. Alliances made by the Black Templars can be approved and considered alliances with the Imperium as a whole pending approval of Imperial Command.

Traitors, Heretics, Agents of the Enemy

We have a simple policy that applies to all of the above. Traitors are known PKers or members of PKer groups. In our eyes membership in such a group automatically marks one as an enemy of the Valorous Heart and execution of such an individual is not only permissible but encouraged. If we witness another kill a Traitor our only problem will be that one of our own did not do the deed ourselves. That said we do not actively hunt such groups, but will kill any of them we run into. We work to keep the Inquisition's registry of Traitors up to date as best as possible to ensure these scum see the Emperor's Judgment.

Heretics are what others call zombie spies. They are in league with the enemy and as such are to be killed on sight. We also work to keep the Inquisition's list of Heretics up to date as possible.

Agents of the Enemy are the mutants in this city who have Brain Rot. Those mutants we will keep track of and kill first before going after others, especially if they are at a revive point. All such mutants are put onto the Heretics list.

Recruitment

We are currently accepting all female aspirants, go to the link provided above for our forum and sign up. For any men interested in serving the Emperor in the similar fashion, seek out the Space Marines.

Purpose

The Order of the Valorous Heart takes their name from the Martyrdom of the their patron saint, Sister Lucia the youngest Companion of Alice Dominica, the first leader of the Sisters of Battle. In life she bravely led her Order from the forefront with great courage and devotion. She was martyred by a group of foul cultists who tortured her to death and, unknown to her, had captured a group of her fellow Sisters. During the duration of their pain and suffering not once did any of the Sisters utter a sound. This silence, along with Sister Lucia's, who was subjected to the greatest torture, gave the Order its name cementing Lucia and her Sisters as the ideal Adeptus Sororitas.

The Order of the Valorous Heart, once its numbers reach sufficient size and strength, seeks to aggressively engage and purge Malton of the mutant infestation in the Name of the God-Emperor of Man by engaging in ferocious and aggressive Crusades against the enemy. We will show no mercy whatsoever to our enemies, especially Hel's Daughters. We will reclaim this Hive in the Emperor's Name and restore it to His Light and Glory.

History

Founding

After Doge Vandire's Reign of Blood and the ascendance of Sebastian Thor to the position of Ecclesiarch, the Decree Passive was proclaimed to ensure that Vandire's tyranny would never happen again. Under the literal interpretation of the decree however, the Adeptus Sororitas were not obligated to disband because the decree made no mention of "women under arms." Thor, recognizing the need for the Ecclesiarchy to have some kind of force and internal regulator, allowed them to remain, even if the spirit of the decree was rather blatantly disregarded.

When Thor first took over, there were only 4,000 Daughters of the Emperor, but this quickly expanded to over 10,000 after the Adeptus Sororitas (Sisters of Battle) was founded. These first Sisters were directly led by Sister Alicia Dominica and her Companions, Sister Katherine, Sister Silvana, Sister Mina, Sister Lucia, and Sister Arabella. The Sisters who would become known as the Order of the Valorous Heart were led directly and boldly by Sister Lucia, the youngest of Dominica's Companions, who was seen for her devotion to the Emperor's Will as the ideal Sister and the manner in which she was martyred gave her Order its name.

Present Day

Today, the Order of the Valorous Heart is spread across the galaxy in various conflicts. While little is given on specifics of each Order, the most recent example of their faith and prowess was during the fight for Belis Corona during the 13th Black Crusade when the Order of the Valorous Heart led the fight under Canoness Preceptor Astra in defense of the vital Imperial fleetyards at Belis Corona against the vile hordes of Abbadon the Despoiler and Typhus, the Herald of Nurgle.

Organization

Commandery

This is the full force of the Order's detachment to Malton during this engagement. A Commandery consists of up to two hundred Sisters. A Commandery is commanded by a Canoness Commander.

Mission

A smaller detachment consisting of a handful of squads of Sisters led by a Canoness, there is no specific size for how many squads form a Mission but it serves as a more flexible detachment of a Commandery when needed, usually consisting of between two and five squads.

Squad

A force of five to ten Sisters led by a Sister Superior, this is the smallest organization within an Order of the Sisters of Battle.

Ranks

Canoness Commander

The Commander of the forces of the Order of the Valorous Heart, this position is currently occupied by Sister Wendy Testaburger. She holds total control over all actions within the Order and its deployments as well as appointments of subordinates to higher ranks. For her own safety and standard doctrine she has at all times a command squad task to her person which is detached from the OOB of any Missions in the Commandery.

Canoness

Commander of a Mission, these women command the smaller detachments as tasked by Sister Wendy in battle in the Emperor's Name. Like the Canoness Commander she has a command squad tasked to her person and this squad is counted as part of their Mission.

Sister Superior

Commander of a squad, this position is also given to the second in command of any Command Squad in the Order as an honorific. Especially skilled and capable Sister Superiors may be considered for promotion to the rank of Canoness if the Canoness Commander feels it warranted.

Battle Sister

The rank and file of the Order, these Sisters make up the bulk of the Order's fighting forces. They are further divided based on their skill and seniority, while this does not reflect chain of command within a squad it does denote their accomplishments, dedication, and abilities.

Celestian

The most elite of our Sisters, these women can be expected to do any duty, accomplish any task, and slay any foe with skill and ease.

Veteran

Tempered and hardened in the fires of war, veteran Sisters are the exemplars of their particular battlefield duty and are expected to fulfill their duties with glory and honor.

Battle Sister

The rank and file of the Order, these warriors have finished their Novitiate but have yet to achieved truly considerable heights of glory or feats of valor.

Novice

New recruits seeking to serve the Emperor in the Order, these young women aspire to be honored as Battle Sisters and serve in combat with their Sisters.

Uniform

All Sisters are to wear the following attire at all times if possible: white long-sleeved shirt, white jacket, white coat or overcoat, white trousers, and black leather boots or regular black boots. You may choose to wear a tie of your colour preference or a rosary as your neck piece.

If bloodied change for a fresh set when possible with the exception of the coat or overcoat, this is a sign of having been wounded in battle and should be worn with pride.
