Description

One of three fire stations in the suburb of Owsleybank, Parkhouse Way is no different from the others. Fairly small in comparison, perhaps. Red and white concrete walls, smashed windows and lots of broken furniture. For some reason, somebody seem to have stolen the sliding pole.

History

Founded in 1954, the fire station has seen much action. It was in charge of northern Owsleybank and south-western Dunell Hills. In 1968, the firemen participated in putting down a major fire in western Owsleybank, which in the end completely destroyed St. Sley's Church and almost ruined the Dawney Building and Dalgliesh Cinema.

The last time the firemen of Parkhouse Way put down a fire was on July 1st 2005, only two days before the Malton Incident. Since then, the station has been very empty.

Barricade Policy

In accordance with the Owsleybank Barricade Plan, the fire station is to be Extremely Heavily Barricaded.
