|
[edit] Description
Located in historic Lockettside at [26,81], Pimm Walk Fire Station was claimed at the base of The Sons of Anarchy in early 2006. Since that time, it has changed hands many times, often being overtaken by local zombie hordes. As of the 29th of January, The Sons of Anarchy had regained control of this building.
[edit] History
The Pimm Walk Fire Station was constructed in the mid-1900s by the Lockettside Public Safety Commission as part of their "Greater Safety Campaign". When first proposed, it was initially rejected as a previous station, Dinham Row, already served this area. The Lockettside Town Board felt that having two fire stations within two blocks of each other was a waste of time and resources. However, in the mid 1960s, a chain of arsons in the area changed their mind. The next significant event took place in the 1980s, when the station itself was subject to arson. It burned to the ground, and was completely rebuilt with a more modern look. It has retained this appearance up unto today.
