This is E.R.S-2, to update anyone reading this page, after a long drawn out assault on our fire bases and suffering heavy losses RBDU is beginning to regroup, we have lost many operatives and in some cases entire teams. to any lost operatives we are broadcasting on our emergency frequency so tune in. and do not disclose the location of the beta base to anyone we are not accepting civilians refugees at this time
Unit History
The Royal Biological Defense Unit was formed under Britains labour government in early 2008, their mission to assess Maltons situation and set up a simple coherent structure to co-ordinate scientific and military operations in the city of Malton. On the 3rd of February 2008 Omega Group commanded by Donavon Lebraski and Alpha Group commanded by Lt. Keller were the first 2 groups to parachute into the city commencing the Units first operation "Operation Spinal Cord" to set up a suitable command structure and recruit Maltons citizens to the cause, the operation was successful with no losses thanks to the the Necrotech specialists attachment to the Unit. As of the 16th of February 2008 the R.B.D.U has begun daily operations in the centre of the city.
Structure
The Unit now separates its operatives into separate groups. Each group consists of a commander, radio operator, engineer, medic, scout and a Necrotech specialist therefore each operative has specific tasks set to there abilities. An exception of this Group structure are Emergency Response Squads, experienced 4 man teams that are usually sent to either support teams in need or to escort people that are considered important from danger zones. Groups as-well as E.R.S are dispatched and commanded via radio from an various undisclosed locations in Malton.
State Of Emergency Declared 10/9/2009
Recent radio transmissions indicate we are taking a co-ordinated attack by PKers and GKers thankfully our security cordon hasnt been breached however our groups in the field are under threat we lost radio contact with victor group at 2239 GMT. We are freezing all operations and asking a Group Recall to the Beta encampment as Delta is taking continuous stalking attacks with E.R.S-1 under equal danger. hold at the beta camp for reinforcements from security reserves.
Current Operations
On going operations are listed here, if operatives are lost in an operation and were not witnessed to of been eaten or PK'd the operation is still effectively open for 2 months before the operation is closed and their name is added to the memorial wall.
Controversy Press Release
Recently victor group received fire from a group of survivors they returned fire wounding a number of them but with no confirmed kills, the next evening the group returned attacking civilian engineers and sabotaging generators. In response victor group and a number of the engineers opened fired killing 3 of them, Yes our operatives committed a PK but in self defense unlike the so called claims.
Operation Homecoming 1/9/2009
Delta Group accompanied by E.R.S-1 have entered the suburb of Heytown on a search and rescue operation after reports indicate lost comrade (listed as MIA since the 16th of November 2008) Brad Vickers is trapped in the suburd.

Operation Eavesdropping 16/8/2009
E.R.S-1 and E.R.S-2 escorted a team of civilian contractors and engineers to restore and maintain mobile phone masts across Malton, in an effort to have long range secured communications. Victor group have since relieved E.R.S as the engineers security escort
Scientific expedition "Branch Out" 9/8/2009
Victor group and Delta group escorted a contingent of necrotech specialist into Jensontown in an effort to scan/revive, they adopted the Shear building (a necrotech lab) as a temporary base of operations, the operation was considered a success despite the loss of 2 operatives that are currently MIA. The operation is still considered open until we locate Sgt Skullcrusher and necrotech specialist nakeddoctor
