Richmond Hills is a suburb of Malton, located to the north-west of the city centre. With a predominance of factories, warehouses, junkyards, empty city blocks and long open stretches of motorway, Richmond Hills is naturally referred to by many as an "industrial wasteland". While an urban development project was in the works to reclaim South Eastern portions of the suburb near the public railway stations as apartments and low-income housing, plans were abruptly halted in the wake of the outbreak.

While the suburb does not have much to offer in terms of resources, some attractions in the area are metal junkyard sculptures (including some impressive rusting dinosaur skeleton constructions) and a high concentration of cinemas. There is a five-block island forming a glider around [37,34].
