Richmond Hills Barricade Plan

This is a preliminary barricade plan for Richmond Hills, based on Grifflik's proposal here. It is intended to be in accordance with the revised Uniform Barricading Policy, with the following exceptions:

Laimbeer NT and St. Francis's Hospital are designated EHB, due to their location on the insecure Eastonwood border. (St. Mark's Hospital and Lockwood NT remain VSB+2.)

As a general mnemonic, junkyards, warehouses, office buildings and towers are all VSB safehouses.

Ongoing feedback to deal with the evolving situation and the needs of different groups is welcome, particularly from Richmond Hills residents; any reasonable suggestions made on the talk page here or in the brainstock discussion thread will be taken into account. Factory [34,32] has been changed to VSB to assist in the maintaining the Scanlon Crescent RP, while warehouse [36,31] has been changed to EHB. --Griff 12:24, 21 July 2007 (BST)

Due to consistent attacks, the Lockwood NT [39,32] has been changed to EHB (at least temporarily). Access must now be gained via free-running from locations in neighboring Ketchelbank. --Griff 18:22, 4 August 2007 (BST)

In view of current suburb climate and recent updates, Scanlon Crescent [36,33] has become too difficult to maintain as the suburb RP by DEM members in the area. The RP has been officially moved to Shehan Boulevard [37,36]. Requests made on the DEM Revive Tool receive priority service as staff and supply allow. --Griff 02:42, 2 August 2008 (BST)
