[edit] Purpose and Goals
As the leader of the Rolt Heights Vigilante Patrol, I feel an innate duty to protect the survivors of Malton from the curse of the zombie plague, as well as the countless psychotic murderers within the city. The Rolt Heights Vigilante Patrol is a group dedicated to securing the suburb of Rolt Heights in order to provide a safe haven for nomadic survivors, as well as increase the chances of survival in Malton through teamwork in numbers. I think I speak for all of our members when I state that we will not allow the hostile zeds to advance upon the unfortunate people trapped within this city. If you come to our homes to take away our safety, you will be driven from Rolt Heights.

April 24th 2008 Last night marked the first night of the reclamation of RHVP's HQ from the zed incursion. RHVP members are now back in full control of Ayliffe PD and surrounding buildings, the beer fridge is full and switched back on! Wilkowski
April 14th 2008 After a brutal battle involving building to building guerilla fighting in and around the area of Rolt Heights, RHVP and allies have started securing the area, zed activity appears to be down, with only the cemetaries busy with wanna be revives! Wilkowski
April 2nd 2008: Well, after what can only be described as an ongoing life and death situation we are starting to make some headway in reclaiming our lands from the foul fiends! Wilkowski

March 14th 2008: The Patterson Building is fully restored to order with a healthy number of survivors overlooked by some of RHVP's finest. Currently Extremely Heavily Barricaded, entry can be made via Ramsden Way Fire Station next door. Ayliffe Street Police Department meanwhile is also Extremely Heavily Barricaded and has a full complement of RHVP personnel on site. Entry can be gained via the adjacent building Downs Boulevard Fire Station, for any visitors, please enquire about our beer fridge facilities! - Wilkowski
March 1st 2008: The Patterson Building, a NecroTech Facility, is currently held by survivors. Zombified RHVP members are advised to head to the cemetery and await revival. Ayliffe Street Police Department is currently held, but completely barricaded. Please access the Police Department from an adjacent building. - Soldier Corvus

[edit] Controlled Locations
The locations listed below are currently being protected by the Rolt Heights Vigilante Patrol. Be advised that these buildings may be Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB), although every attempt will be made to keep at least one of the building's at Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB). Information pertaining to these locations can be assessed on the individual location's page.
[edit] General Group Dynamics
- Senior members are expected to provide advice for new members when addressed directly.
- Aside from the stated authorities of Maria, RandomZero2, or Senior Members, every decision made within the group is agreed upon or thrown away through discussion at the RHVP Group Forum: http://rhvp.freeforums.org/index.php - obviously, active discussion is usually impossible, but opinions need to be expressed. However, as long as members do not violate the rules of the group, a member may choose to take action other than what was agreed upon by the general consensus, as long as it does not cause harm to the group or it's reputation.
- ZKers wishing to remain zombies are welcome to patrol outside after being granted membership and building a contact list. This prevents accidental infighting between ZKers and RHVP members waiting for a revivification.
- Members wishing to leave our group are to be left in contacts. Even if you are no longer with us, you always have us as allies.
[edit] Group Requirements
Free Running: Free Running is now a requirement to enter our HQ, as barricades will be upgraded to Extremely Heavily Barricaded.
Mobile Phones: These items allow for anonymous and silent passage of intel. If you suspect a zed spy/PKer/GKer/RKer, and don't want to be attacked by telling a member of RHVP whilst in the same room with the suspect, mobile text a senior member.
GPS Unit: Makes navigation and giving directions much easier. These are essential to assist with coordinating the efforts of new members.
In addition to these basic requirements, the Rolt Heights Vigilante Patrol also advises all members to keep a full contact list of members and allies. As well as providing ease of identification, a contact list allows those with Laboratory Experience to recognize and revive friendly zombies immediately without identification via a DNA scan. It is also advised that all members train in the skills listed below to improve survival chances should the unexpected happen.
If you have a history of PKing/GKing/RKing/TKing and still wish to join our group, you will be required to acknowledge this fact when asking for membership. You will be required to broadcast a public confession of these crimes on 28.01 with an apology. Atleast one senior RHVP member must be present to verify your actions. You are not required to provide your coordinates, as some grudge-holders may seek you out. You will also be required to make a vow under Maria on RandomZero2's witness to never commit any of these crimes without just cause again. Breaking this vow is grounds for immediate and permanent expulsion from the group.
You will not be held accountable for any of the above crimes when ordered to do so by a senior member of RHVP. Several examples are killing known PKers, destroying generators to knock out power and decrease attention from zeds during a suburb siege, etc.

[edit] Advancing to Senior Rank
Requirements: If you wish to become a senior member, you must gain the approval of Maria or Randomzero2 and two other senior members. You must also be a member for at least three weeks. Seniority is not a reflection of your level, but rather your ability to think and act in a sensible manner. Therefore even a level one member can gain seniority with the proper approval.
Termination: Maria Lombardi or Randomzero2 can revoke seniority. This may be overridden by at least three appeals from other senior members. Senior members of RHVP also reserve the right to pull or suspend membership for any reason, granted that they state the reason to the affected party. You may put in a appeal with either Lyn or Power Dude, as only they have the power to overturn decisions made by senior members.
