Description

One of two libraries in Kempsterbank, it is a key entry point for those traveling South towards Pole Mall.

Inside

You are inside Rowson Library.

Outside

You are standing outside Rowson Library, a fire-damaged concrete building with boarded-up windows.

Barricade Policy

This building is to be barricaded to no more than Very Strong in accordance with the barricade plan.

Current Status

2010y/8m/16d new here at rowson library and no one side no one out side and i have the building for now and still very strong barricaded and power agin with radio transmitterno on 27.07 i dont think i can call out but i can here so people needing place to sleep and make home come here with fuel plz.

It is currently barricaded to Very Strong with one zeds outside, and a battered radio transmitter sitting idle inside.

History

In March 2007; the library served as a safehouse for ARG members retreating from Wyke hills.

In late July 2007; the touring QSG stopped in and introduced the concept of barricadeless libraries
