Scarletwood Barricade Plan

This is the Barricade Plan for the suburb of Scarletwood.

This diagram shows what levels buildings should ideally be barricaded to in order to provide protection in the form of Extremely Heavily Barricaded buildings, whilst designating entry points in the form of Very Strongly Barricaded buildings. Please note this plan indicates the preferred levels of barricades, and not the current levels.

1. Inform the residents of the Scarletwood Barricade Policy and give 24 hours warning before adjusting the barricades. Recommendations for other EHB safe houses in the general area under question are usually announced with the 24 hour notice prior to adjusting barricades.

1. Mark the building, and inform the residents that they have 24 hours before the policy will be enforced. Refer to the wiki.
2. In 24 hours, bring down the barricades to reflect the paint and the policy

1. Check for if all survivors have free-running
2. If they do:
   1. Bring barricades up as soon as possible
3. If they don't:
   1. Inform them of your impending actions, and refer to the wiki
   2. In 24 hours, bring the barricades up to reflect the paint and policy

2. In 24 hours, bring up the barricades to reflect the paint and the policy.

===NOTE: Due to mitigating circumstances, the Luellin Building should never be cleared or repaired, and a No-Barricade policy is in effect for this building. This policy is maintained by the GBP. Please contact them for further information.
