Within this business area, our Surgical Care Group focuses on advancing technologies, solutions and services used to enhance patient care in the surgical setting. Our Comprehensive Care Group creates end-to-end portfolios to address some of the world’s chronic and most pervasive conditions, such as metabolic and cardiovascular disorders.
- Our pharmaceutical companies discover and develop prescription medicines for some of the world’s most serious and prevalent diseases, ranging from cancer and rheumatoid arthritis, to life-threatening bacterial infections and HIV/AIDS, and also Necro Tech's little mistake.
- We began our rebirth of Malton with the once gang-overrun district of West Grayside. Using millions, we changed the impoverished sector into a modern city, sprawling with glass towers and luxurious hotels. The suburb Church, which once housed the local gang, was transformed by the company into a monument, now called the Egbert General Hospital, a monumentt against all gangs and corruption for Malton. At the center of it all stands a gigantic building The Farrington Building. This is the heart of Sinclair and where Sinclair's main offices are. West Grayside PD has also been sold to Sinclair, and the entire police force is now owned by the corporation.

Sinclair was founded more than 200 years ago, on this idea: Doctors and nurses should use sterile sutures, dressings and bandages to treat peoples’ wounds.
