History

Sleeman Tower is a 68-story mixed-use skyscraper. It was developed by Donald Trump and the Equitable Life Assurance Company, and designed by Der Scutt of Swanke, Hayden Connell. The tower was completed on November 30, 1983.

There is a legend that suggests the after Donald Trump succumbed to the zombie outbreak, his famous comb-over was placed in a hidden tomb on the 37th floor. This has yet to be proven.
