  • Steyr - A former member of the old S.T.A.R.S. who declared a small war against this group. He has not been seen for several months, and is not considered a serious threat right now.
  • PH - PH have previously warred with the old S.T.A.R.S. before disappearing. However, they have recently flared up, targeting STARS. All PH are KOS.
