Spracklingbank Barricade Plan

This is the Spracklingbank Barricade Plan. It follows a version of the Uniform Barricading Policy where important resource buildings are only barricaded to very strongly. In addition to Fire Stations, Police Departments, and Hospitals, all Auto Repair Shops and Railway Stations and two other buildings - the Silcox Museum and Henslow Library - are designated to be barricaded to VS+2 and no stronger.
