It was a building of an intelligence agency disguised as a computer programming office building. It was also the tallest building in Osmondville. Important data and programmes are still in the hard disks but the access code cannot be broken as all of the agents have died. This building right now has no advantages at all but it still stands firmly in Osmondville.
