St. Columbanus's Church is a four-story red-brick building, its doorway flanked by statues.

Per the Buttonville Barricade Plan this building should be barricaded for entry by those without Free Running skills: Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB) (ideally VSB+2).

On 2009-08-26, the St. Columbanus's Church was Very Strongly Barricaded; this is in accordance with the Buttonville Barricade Plan.

The lights are on inside, and there were 2 survivors in the building.

Outside the building there was/were 1 zombies and unknown dead bodies.

In adjacent blocks there was/were 12 (awaiting revives at cemetery) additional zombies.

"501st HQ - Cades VSB+2, Radio at 28.40" was spray painted on the outside wall.
