[edit] Overview

In Game Description (Exterior)
You are standing outside St Joachim's Hospital, a narrow grey-stone building with black crosses painted across its doors.

Before the zombie infestation, St. Joachim's served primarily as a maternity hospital. It was founded in the late Victorian era by a pious man whose wife and son had died in childbirth; he named the hospital after the patron saint of fathers. The hospital is notable as being the first to be evacuated after the infestation and it lay empty for quite a while, overlooked by zombies and survivors alike. It was only after Woodroffe Mall began to attract attention from the zombie hoards that the tactical significance of the hospital was realised: it is the closest hospital to Woodroffe. As such, St. Joachim's has been staffed by various survivor groups - The PDEOU, the Outbreak Control Unit and now Tollyton Medicare.

I repaired and barricaded the hospital, but didn't have enough AP to find a generator, let alone a radio transmitter. --DrBowman 17:24, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

St Joachim's Hospital, the last remaining hospital in Tollyton, has been over-run by the Zombie Horde that has decimated the suburb. Again, It has been over-run. --ZetaMan 00:38, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

St Joachim's Hospital is run by the Outbreak Control Unit. They hope to run it at VSB and supply it with a generator and radio so the doctors Sergeant Wayman and Cirus the Virus can perform surgery. --Josh508 15:13, 6 October 2007 (BST)
