Description

Maltonhospitals.PNG
St. Odile's Hospital is a hospital located in the suburb of Dunningwood. It is the suburb's only hospital and is found alongside the suburb's western edge across from to Gibsonton. In the months, and years, following the "Malton Incident" survivors have done their best to make use of the medical resources abandoned by evacuating medical staff to help in their fight against the zombie hordes.

With St. Aidan's Hospital just over the border in Gibsonton and a number of other resource buildings within two or three blocks, St. Odile's is one of Dunningwood's tactical focus points. Every local survivor group and non-aligned survivor passing through this location at one time or another. As such, it is a vital part of the St. Aidan Complex.

Mandate

The staff at St. Odile's Hospital try to always support the following ideals:

1) To provide medical assistance to anyone and everyone who enters.
2) To cure the infected.
3) To keep its doors open to lower level survivors, if possible.

It is asked that survivors please note whether or not there is a portable generator within the hospital, and whether it has fuel or not. As a working portable generator is required for the Surgery skill it is asked the survivors provide support by replacing either the generator when destroyed or refilling its fuel supply when its exhausted. This in turn will allow the medical staff to provide more efficient aid to the injured.

Barricade Policy

This building should be Very Strongly barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the mutually agreed-upon Dunningwood Barricade Plan set forth by local survivor groups, who routinely work together to monitor that the barricades for this building are at the aforementioned level. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors.

Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any vigilante-minded survivor who catches the culprit in the act. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labeled a zombie spy/death cultist and be judged accordingly. So always be cautious lest you find yourself summarily executed for crimes against humanity.
