St. Pius's Hospital (also called St. Pius's) is the most central of the three Hospitals in Darvall Heights, all of which lie along a northwest-to-southeast diagonal near the center of the suburb. This unique position places St. Pius's at the center of a network of buildings that allow Free Running to and from all Tactical Resource Point buildings in Darvall Heights, as well as St. Isidore's Church and Caiger Mall, making St. Pius's an extremely active location, with many survivors taking refuge there.
The Crossman Defense Force patrols St. Pius's as part of its daily operations.
