Suggestion:20070621 Train System

	This suggestion has been found to be a dupe of this peer rejected suggestion. Dupes are easily found by searching for them in the main and suggestion namespaces.

Railway Stations with powered generators, un-ransacked, give players in/on the station the ability to travel to any other station that is also powered and un-ransacked. The AP cost will definitely be more than 1, it will be variable depending on how far away the other rail station is.

I'm not sure, but I believe it will mean adding the ability to set up generators and being able to ransack Railway stations, perhaps also allow players to barricade the "Boarding Station" of the stations(?)

Required to Operate Railway Station:

-Powered Generator

-UnRansacked

-VS+2 'cades or less (If 'cades are allowed on Stations) to allow the "Train" to enter/exit the station for RP.

Unfortuantely this suggestion would severely damage some of the mechanics of Urban dead, and it makes little sense that trains would still be running or operational after this time.
