Keep Votes

  1. Keep Author Vote Sockem 04:27, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  2. Keep But I think it would only need to be a 5 minute delay at most. This would still prevent ?rise abuse long enough to allow someone to dump the body and rebarricade. It should also not affect refivifying bodies.Studoku 11:38, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  3. Keep --~~~~T''' 12:45, 21 August 2007 (BST)

Kill Votes

  1. Kill Uh, dude. A little more elaboration, number one, and number two, look up something called "?rise". It's a very, very popular tactic and this would TOTALLY nerf zombies WAY too much. Nalikill 04:46, 21 August 2007 (BST)
Number one, Its very simple no need to elaborate. 2. Why should people get 2 lives? Sockem 05:21, 21 August 2007 (BST)
Duuuuuuuuuude... this a game about ZOMBIES, the walking dead, remember? Everyone gets 2 (or 20 or 200) lives by default, sheeeeeesh... --WanYao 13:34, 3 September 2007 (BST) Non-author RE. --Karekmaps?! 13:40, 3 September 2007 (BST)
  2. Kill Hurts zombies by disabling ?rise, doesn't affect survivors much. Nerfs zombie attack tactics, so no. -- Bop 05:33, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  3. Kill - I'm thinking of the situation where someone gets revived just before they are going to start playing. It would be pretty annoying to have to wait up to half an hour to play. --  T   09:38, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  4. Kill - Even though I dislike ?rise, making it impossible isn't the solution. --Midianian 10:25, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  5. Kill - Don't stop people from playing when they want to play (as long as they have AP). If you want to disable ?rise tactics suggest that each ?rise costs an AP (stops spamming of the url), or that if you want to stand up within X minutes of being headshot you find yourself outside automatically... or something The preceding signed comment was added by boxy (talkcontribs) at 12:33 21 August 2007 (BST)
  6. No. I don't want to wait on some guy that might not stand up for the next day or two. I bet survivors and zack don't want that. Glenstone 14:16, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  7. Kill - This change would have to great an impact on game balance, being completely weighted towards the survivor's advantate. --Morgan Blair 15:49, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  8. Kill Huh? --Secruss 18:35, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  9. Kill just 'cause i don't like voting spam, but gaddang man!--Jack13 19:12, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  10. Kill - Sorry, no. I can see the logic, but Urban Dead is a game that a lot of people only give 5-10 minutes a day to. Imagine how annoying it'd be to get killed during that period, and have to wait half an hour to get back playing. -- Pavluk 19:45, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  11. Kill - It's VERY hard to come up with a way to make death more significant that isn't also griefy, abusable, or just against the spirit of the game. Also, haven't you ever seen a zombie movie where a zed gets "fatally" wounded, then gets right back up to keep gnawing skulls? --Steakfish 22:10, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  12. Kill - Hell no! I want to sometimes jump inside if I run out of AP and have to wait that little bit of time for one more. --Ducis DuxSlothTalk 23:37, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  13. Killz -- I, too, consider ?rise almost, just-barely-not a bot tactic... But it's there, and it's legit... And, this is a real-time game, after all, remember? And, also, what Pavluk said... --WanYao 13:29, 3 September 2007 (BST)
  14. Kill -- as Pavluk and boxy.-- Vista  +1  11:13, 4 September 2007 (BST)

Spam/Dupe Votes

  1. spam just stupid spam. and what the hell is a "tick"?--'BPTmz 05:37, 21 August 2007 (BST)
A tick is that little thing that happens every half-hour Sockem 05:50, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  2. spam no --Sonny Corleone RRF CoL DORIS CRF pr0n 06:53, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  3. Spam Don't tell people when they are allowed to play. Let the AP do that.--Pesatyel 06:56, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  4. Spam - As above, but with a "Bop off you retard" thrown in for insultiness. --The Grimch Mod-U! 15:04, 21 August 2007 (BST)
    • "You are voting on Suggestions, not Users. The text of your vote should not personally attack or denigrate the user who has submitted it... no matter how ridiculous the idea." I'm just saying, is all - MolotovH 05:36, 22 August 2007 (BST)
  5. Spam - Bad idea, and don't invent new phrases in suggestions without explaining them (WTF is a Tick?). --Saluton 15:34, 21 August 2007 (BST)
    • He didnt invent it. A tick is a pretty common term for getting new ap. Not a re, just some information. --The Grimch Mod-U! 16:29, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  6. Spam - Don't prevent people from playing when they want to. And also, EXPLAIN WHY this change is needed. Elaborate. --Druuuuu 19:23, 22 August 2007 (BST)
  7. Spam Go bop yourself and die.--Wooty 17:10, 21 August 2007 (BST)
  8. Spam - Fuck off and die, not an insult friendly advice. You can't take mean words over the internet you probably should stick to books. This idea injures zombies, not survivors, zombies. Survivors are already waiting, it's called a revive line. They will not be on after they get killed with any consistency or likeliness. Zombies will be, zombies are killed in droves ever day, at every time of day. Any given survivors can kill between 2-10 zombies in a 5 minute period, they already have headshot they don't need another punishment for their trying to play the game.--Karekmaps?! 23:33, 24 August 2007 (BST)
  9. Spam - Ssssssssspppppppaaaaaammmmmmm. Good enough vote right?-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 20:57, 27 August 2007 (BST)
