This item would be found in tech stores, junkyards and maybe in the streets? The watch would give you the current time in Malton in the same way as a GPS gives location (automatically). The purpose of this item is for survivors to organise themselves without the need for metagaming. It is not a powerful superweapon which is overbalanced, just your simple wristwatch. It COULD also be offered to zeds who have memories of life, however the main idea is that it helps with survivors, who do not operate on the X:00 policy, like the zeds do.
Sorry, just realised this is a dupe, please ignore. I will think of some ideas for a PDA and get back to you :P
