Suggestion description
Survivors can manufacture revivification syringes, but not First Aid kits.
I propose that in Hospitals, survivors can also manufacture FAKs for 5AP.
The survivor must have First Aid Skill, Surgery, and Diagnosis skills.
the location must also be powered.
