There should be an option on the preferences page that disables jumping from a building.

5. Keep It's actually the opposite of spam if it removes the Jump button from the inventory entirely. That clears up an unused button from your screen, reducing clutter and simplifying the controls to what you need. --Jon Pyre 16:55, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
