20080203 Improve Feeding Drag

Mordred 04:17, 3 February 2008 (UTC)

Suggestion type
Balance change

Suggestion scope
Zombies, wounded survivors

Suggestion description
As it stands, Feeding Drag can only be used on survivors with 13 or fewer HP. Once a survivor is that badly weakened, it's more practical to just finish it off yourself than drag it outside, especially if barricades are going up during a breach and it won't be possible to get back inside. To make Feeding Drag more worthwhile, I suggest that it work on survivors with 18 or fewer HP.

  2. Keep Author keep. --Mordred 05:35, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  3. Keep I can easily see a survivor being pulled outside before he's near death...--Chaplain Drakon Macar 16:25, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
  4. Keep - Most of the objections don't actually make sense. - Grant (talk) 05:52, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
  5. Keep - You don't have to be dying to be draged outside in my opinion, there are lots of big strong zombies out there.--Jamie Cantwell3 07:52, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
  6. Keep - Zombies need something good for once, besides infectious bite. --The Gecko PKer 05:10, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

Kill Votes

  1. kill- I'd rather feeding drag just opened the doors.---Karekmaps?! 04:51, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  2. Kill Uh, no. Mall Siege Benefits. Zombies DON'T need more. See the Survivor's record with Sieges? Yeah, we only win when we have an over-powered skill. ~A`Blue`JellyTME*V*I*L*? 06:01, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  3. Kill - as karek, I'd rather a skill to just open the door from inside, rather than having to go outside and then come back in. -- Bisfan 08:27, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  4. Kill - arbitrary drag buff. No need for it, feeding drag is strong enough. It's a bit of a pain when the doors keep closing, but then it's a bit of a pain getting dragged out into a horde of zombies too -- boxy talki 09:16 3 February 2008 (BST)
  5. Kill - Unnecessary. --Midianian|T|T:S|C:RCS| 09:52, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  6. Kill - Unnecessary and arbitary buff- do zombies need another?Studoku 10:04, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  7. Kill - Feeding Drag is already well worth it. --Pgunn 10:40, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
Being that you don't play a zombie, I don't know how you can make such a judgment. --Mordred 18:01, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
I have been dragged many times out onto the street with both of my characters, and usually have been eaten by a different zombie than the one who took me outside. Feeding drag makes a lot of sense tactically anyhow - think AP efficiency (especially for a mixed group of zombies in areas where the barricades keep going up and down) --Pgunn 09:38, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
  8. Kill - As above. --Ciaran Deckardson 14:12, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  9. Kill - i do not consider screwing with the numbers an improvement--Scotw 14:16, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  10. Kill - Enough zombie buffs for the next month or so. --Private Mark 18:51, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  11. Kill - This is way too strong for an already powerful skill. So no. Also, stop doing zombie buffs. --Vandurn 20:07, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  12. Kill Much too powerful. Feeding drag isn't for every kill, just when your is to low to finish someone on your own. --Jon Pyre 21:18, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  13. Kill Highly pointless. ----Secruss|Yak|Brahnz!|CGR|PKA|800px-Flag of the United States.svg.png|EMLN|Templates|RRF|RFTM|Crap|WHOZ|Evil3.gif|MU|GN|C2008|Chippy.gif|22:20, 3 February 2008 (UTC)

  18. Kill - as above --/~Rakuen~\Talk Domo.gif I Still Love Grim 18:26, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
  19. Kill - I'm usually in favor of changes that benefit zombies, but this one is too arbitrary. There is no reason for the change. --FrozenFlame 20:42, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
  20. Kill - A more original buff. UCFSD 14:16, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
  21. Kill - Feeding drag is for seriously wounded survivors, not the ones that have enough strength to kick back. Feeding drag is fine as is. --Ms.Panes 21:48, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
  22. Kill - As everyone above. Way overpowered. -- Cheese 15:17, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
  23. Kill - Another zombie improvement??? Are you people insane? As was stated above, check the survivors record on mall sieges. It's almost impossible with the new updates for survivors to keep zombies out of their building. Dont make them more powerful than they already are.--Dr Doom86 10:20, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
  24. Kill - Mmmmmmm, nah. I'd rather that people who are at 13hp are draggable, it can be a little fustrating. And, see the mall argument Normal PhobicC 14:04, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
  25. Kill - Overpowered. --Anotherpongo 14:10, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
