This is My second Suggestion, in the middle of the fight most of your AP is Reloading so this skill is that you don't use AP when Reloading it will cost 100xp for civilian and military and 150xp for Science, what do you think?

11. Spam You might want to play the game first. I have NO idea what the HELL is being suggested here. Reloading is a balancing factor, for one thing. And it only costs 1 AP to reload anyway (2 if you insist on both barrels of a shotgun).--Pesatyel 07:37, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
