Survivors with the "NecroNet Access" skill.

Suggestion description
When searching NecroTech buildings, survivors now have a very small chance (0.2% chance, perhaps?) of finding a NecroTech Laptop. They function like the original NecroTech terminals inside NecroTech buildings, and can only be used by those with the "NecroNet Access" skill, as is with regular terminals. They can be "set up" in buildings like generators, for others to use, or they can be used anywhere on the go by the bearer. NecroTech Laptops also require to be charged via a generator every five hours, even when set up in a building.
