20120119 Flattr

Lorphos 14:46, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

Flattr (https://flattr.com/) should be added to the website to let people who appreciate the game give money to the developer.

PS: I like neither Amazon nor Paypal ;-)

Keep Votes

  1. Keep - I am the author and I am allowed to vote once on my own suggestions Lorphos 07:19, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
  2. Not a Dupe - If I'm understanding the suggestion correctly, Lorphos is proposing we add one additional donation method other than the PayPal or Amazon method Urban Dead currently uses. An extra donation method is always a good thing for the game, but ultimately, it's up to Kevan and whether he wants to use Flattr or not. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 16:54, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
  3. Keep - Not a dupe as Axe Hack points out, plus it affords people who do not like the aforementioned ways of donating another option.  Billy Club Thorton  T!  RR  20:09, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
  4. More ways of donating can't hurt, but in the end it is really up to Kevan. -- Spiderzed 20:11, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
  5. Keep - as Axe Hack. -- †  talk ? f.u. 08:45, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
  6. Keep - I don't see why not. It's really up to whether or not Kevan thinks it's worth the hassle.--The General T Sys U! P! F! 11:56, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

Kill Votes

  1. Kill - Flattr sucks. Have you read the terms? I found that site a long time ago and after reading the circumstances under which they just take your money to give to charity (minus any fees which they keep for themselves) I decided that there's no way in hell I'd ever sign up with them or recommend them to anyone else. --Ms.Panes 03:30, 5 February 2012 (UTC) Vote after death-line struck -- Spiderzed 10:54, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

Spam/Dupe Votes

  1. Dupe of the status quo. There's already a donate button.--Shortround 15:17, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
