I get a kick out reading that FOD crap evrytime. lol.-- Jerrel tlk (82nd!) (Project Unwelcome!). 01:46, 11 July 2010 (BST)

Ok. You now have our attention. Since you operate around Vinetown, I'm going to see what the Blackhawk Nation knows about you. If it's negative, consider your Pking of me an act of war. If the best you've had to deal with is the Clean Air Reclamators, you are in for a surprise should we choose to add you to our ever growing list of flotsam. --Hibernaculum 00:34, 6 April 2009 (BST)

Oh goodness, no. We've had to deal with worse. I'd type out a list, but that'd be slapping a list of your allies on your lap, wouldn't it?
Instead of acting like an arrogant, pompous prick (Oh yes, I know you're just out for a fight, so cut the crap), why don't you gather what's left of your decency and give us the details of the PKing. It'd be better than leaving us groping in the dark about a hit we're not even sure took place.

Oh, and frankly I'm not surprised you got capped. You were in a survivor-vs-PKer war down south. You weren't expecting flowers, were you?
By the way, I heard you guys got thrashed by Dawn Patrol. And they weren't even trying.

If you want a war that badly, then by all means, come get us. I'm sick of your kind acting like you own the place. One last thing: Where the hell did you get the idea that we're in Vinetown? Just because MDK operates there, doesn't mean we do. --Dial911 10:56, 6 April 2009 (BST)
Wow. Go Woot! --Dunstan 20:37, 6 April 2009 (BST)
"Thrashed by Dawn Patrol." Now, this is where confusion sets in. Dawn Patrol is either a pathetic, trenchie survivor group, with only one member ever killing us, or is indeed some sort of off-shoot of LCGHC as we had thought, in which case about two members killed us. Neither came anywhere near close to "thrashing" us. We didn't turn our guns on LCGHC because they bailed on us with a no-shoot agreement, and we hadn't even heard of the Dawn Patrol. If you seriously believe that a war took place, and they won - you'll learn something in the next few weeks.
And yes, we were killing Randoms down south - but that doesn't make it your fight. If you get involved with the killing, you're in for the dying as well. We weren't looking for a fight, you might have even gotten a pass had you come up with a reasonable answer to Hib's question. Instead, your pathetic attempt at chest-beating bravado has just cost you a month of your life. We'll come say hi when we're finished with the Randoms.
Go ahead and ask your members about who did the killing. If you knew how to run a group, you wouldn't have the problem of not knowing what everyone is up to.
Oh, and by Dunstan's comment, please tell me you're an alt of forum scum WOOT! That would make my day. -- Peter McGrady  FoD 00:14, 8 April 2009 (BST)
Bravado, huh? You come over to our wiki page, and start acting arrogant. What did you honestly think our reply was going to be? That we'd bend over backwards just for the likes of you? It seems the anonymity of the internet has given you more balls than you could ever muster in real life. Grow a pair, McGrady.

And don't try and pull the pathetic leadership card. If hibernaculum had taken his position seriously as a "leader", he would've taken more time and thought into his initial post up there. And then we'd have responded politely. Still, I don't expect anything more from your bunch. It's not your words, but your attitude so far that shows you have no intention of avoiding a fight.

And about the Randoms: They don't want anything to do with you. Right now, all they're doing is reviving their fellows and doing the best to ignore you.
And yes, I'm w00t! Your last line pretty much sums up your complete lack of decency. Don't think that just because you sit behind some monitor and the person you're talking to is half a world away, that courtesy just flies out the window. --Dial911 01:24, 8 April 2009 (BST)
Dial, here the details of the PKing you asked for: [1]. That should also answer why Hib thought you were active in Vinetown; it was because one you killed him there, not because it's MDK territory. And, as Peter mentioned, we haven't a clue where you got the idea we ever fought a group called "Dawn Patrol", let alone came up with details like us getting "thrashed", while they "weren't even trying". I suppose that bit doesn't matter much though.
To clarify, you're not the WOOT from Brainstock are you? Rummer with a DORIS sig? I'm guessing the name is a coincidence, since talking about things like manners and courtesy doesn't sound like him. If you don't know who he is, then you don't know why its relevant, but to us it is. In any event, I guess not much more needs saying. One of yours killed Hib and won you consideration as a target. If this continues on in-game I hope you're as aggressive as your tone here suggests. --Ben Harding 04:45, 8 April 2009 (BST)
Dial, you talk of decency and courtesy? Review your own behaviour. Hib was killed without provocation, he came to your wiki and asked a reason, giving you an opportunity to explain. He let you know the consequences of your actions, should you choose the wrong option. You responded by calling him "an arrogant, pompous prick" for daring to ask the reason for his death, making claims that we'd lost a war we were never in, to a pathetic target nonetheless, and generally being abusive. Clearly the calls for decency, courtesy and absence of bravado are only aimed at visitors to this page, rather than it's owners. Or are you so confused you think you're being polite? After all, you killed one of ours without provocation - what do you have to be angry about when it's questioned?
"The Randoms don't want anything to do with you." Of course they don't. We're killing them. What would you expect - open arms of welcome?
"You come over to our wiki page, and start acting arrogant." No, you were arrogant. I replied with facts - your response was without forward thought, and clearly full of past influence. I'm guessing you've been the victim of quite a bit of killing, and so you decided to "stand up" to the next lot to threaten you. Our casual mention of death had you filling up your chest and putting on a show to scare us off. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you stand up to killers, they do what they do best. We were considering giving your lot a pass. At worst, it was going to be a few kills and we move on. Instead, the more you reply, the more we dislike you, and the higher the body count has become. We're now looking at a good sized campaign against you. I'm awaiting the misguided reply, full of empty threats and mentions of courtesy, counter-pointed by insults and temper-tantrums, to boost it higher.
tl;dr = We're going to kill you. Repeatedly. I hope it's as enjoyable for you as it will be for us. -- Peter McGrady  FoD 05:48, 8 April 2009 (BST)
Do you like acting like an idiot, McGrady? It was the way in which hib asked for verification which got him MY RESPONSE. That's right, RESPONSE. I reacted to the tone of his initial reply. You don't knock on someone's door, asking for an answer and then say "Oh, and if you don't mind we'll threaten you with war", and throwing words like "flotsam" (And yes, that is the very exemplification of being an "Arrogant Prick").

You're wasting my time; you just can't get it through your thick skull that my response is modeled on your initial behaviour. And yes, I know you're just running in circles here; anyone with half a brain could get hibernaculum's tone straightaway. Flotsam? We're never idle, nor are we complacent, which is why we move a lot. It's to get that elusive 'kick' from this game. Yes, we're thrill-seekers, so you can sit there threatening me like an idiot until you're blue in the face; we're waiting for you to get off your rear and actually do something. After all, this game has few thrills, and month-long Mall sieges are a fantasy not many can indulge in anymore. So believe it or not, you're the only the decent entertainment on the block. So yes, we're more than happy to oblige.

Empty threats? You paranoid little thing; you seem to think I'm this idiot beating my chest and pointing imaginary rifles all over the place. Go ahead, scan this reply for any "threats". We aren't going to do half your job for you and come over there all guns blazing. You can't seem to get the point: We'll only give you a fight if you so wish it. Otherwise no, we're perfectly happy going about our own way.

Ben: No, I don't go on brainstock... And no I am definitely not RR/DORIS. I'll just leave this WOOT! business at that.

The person in iwitness, DoomGuy, dropped out of forum activity; he hasn't posted on the forums since March 12th, and our war in the Kinch Heights/Buttonville area stopped about a week and a half ago. We were involved in the PK-survivor war, and our targets mostly constituted random PKA/Red Rum (So, yeah, ironic that you might be thinking that I'm a Rummer). Although all PKers were declared KOS, the operation was not supposed to extend to Vinetown. And it didn't. Like I said, only random PKA/RR in Kinch Heights/Buttonville were the orders of the day.

The one thing that bothers me, is that although hibernaculum would definitely qualify as a PKer, he was killed on April 6th. I gave the official standown order on March 31-April 1. As far as the war went, no more shots were to be fired. DoomGuy is hardly on the forums anymore, but my declaration to a cessation of hostilities was clear. A new operation was suggested/posted on March 28-29. As far as I'm concerned, DoomGuy dropped out of activity, and hasn't been on the forums since. Unless, he's lurking, in which case he isn't doing a terrific job on keeping up to date. The fact is, I was very clear that the operation would extend only around Pole Mall, Kinch Heights and Buttonville. I even drew a map, dammit. Vinetown is way off the mark. So his actions may have been personal. Did you do anything to upset him? ;)

McGrady, you slight nuisance, all I needed was the iwitness in Ben's reply. I won't bother talking about decency and courtesy; the concepts elude you.
And yes, we don't care much about avoiding a war if you're intent on it. It's a cheap thrill, but we enjoy it. You're going to kill us? "Repeatedly"? Who cares? The game's set up so we can just hop straight on up. You can keep trying to find some pathetic comeback to stress me out, but do you really think I'm going to worry too much about dying in this game? Oh please, I'm not about to lose a limb, and frankly, whether you choose to fight with us or not, it's a win-win outcome.

Oh, and I'd prefer you not load our wiki page with crap or how you dream of killing us (Empty threats? Us? Then in that context, I have to say that your last line is just epic!). --Dial911 10:35, 8 April 2009 (BST)
Sorry, I don't have time to read a novel from you. I'm sure whatever it is you said there I could have wiped my ass with and flushed away with the rest of the turds. I'll keep it short and to the point. We'll be seeing you real soon. Bye bye sweetie. --Hibernaculum 16:15, 8 April 2009 (BST)
Mr Pegleg would like me to tell you that he has a bullet with your name on it (dam how I hate cliches) and he looks fowards to killing many of your fellows as well. --Michalesonbadge.pngTCAPD(╯°□°)╯ ┻━┻ 19:22, 8 April 2009 (BST)

Well jeez, you don't have to be such an ass about starting a war. We can shoot each other nicely right? (Not you michaleson, you're awesome, I'm talking to hibernaculum) --Dunstan 21:21, 9 April 2009 (BST)

Hahaha, oh for goodness' sake you guys are pathetic. Stop saying you'll "do something", and actually DO it. Your empty threats are cluttering the our whole wiki page. Besides, we're getting real bored down here. Oh, and unless you've got something substantial to say, I'm not going to bother replying. It's just too tedious now. I especially loved hib's insult. Haha, you petty twelve year-old. --Dial911 03:02, 10 April 2009 (BST)
OOOOHHHHH, that hurts my parts Dial. And here I thought you and I were going to be friends! We still had work to finish with the Randoms. But we're in the area now. Ahhh, I only now saw that you are that 'Woot fellow'. That explains a lot. I've seen your posts at BS. And you call me a 12 year old? EDIT - Reports have come in showing numerous kills by your group. Excellent. Perhaps you will be a worthy opponent after all! Cry Havoc! And slip loose the dogs of war! Later meathead! --Hibernaculum 18:41, 3 May 2009 (BST)

Hey, Hibernicum? Answer this. How come it took you a whole month to answer? Did you have to go round up your boyfriends the browncoats? You guys are pathetic. You want to be asses to us? We can be asses riiiiigght back.--Jerrel Yokotory 18:09, 3 June 2009 (BST)

You caught dogs!??????? I want a doggy!!!!!
Uhhh, I hate to break this to you hibernaculum, but throughout the war, the majority of your kills have been engies and medics, some of whom have actually hit you back, while the rest ignore you. Members of our anti-PKer squad (The ones who actively hunt your lackeys down) have raked in double kills, but now it's getting pretty boring. That's our 3 hunters against your 7 active members, not counting your allies. I'm not about to devote countless hours searching all of Malton, so tell us which suburbs you consider to be the battlefield, if you're at all serious about this war. Otherwise consider this skirmish over.

"Friends"? I'll show you how 'friendly' I can get when I lodge a bullet between your eyes. By some dumb luck (or I daresay, skill), our team has only been able to kill you once. So, hats off to you on that. And for the last time, I'm NOT w00t from Brain Stock or wherever it is that this "w00t" is from. By coincidence, w00t is my username on the 82nd Airborne forum, NOT BS.

@bobby pegleg/Michaleson: Oh please. I've killed you twice already. I also recall our team killing you twice... in the same spot. Either grow a brain and find better hiding spots, or don't come back here unless you've proven yourself to be more capable in the field. --Dial911 05:35, 16 May 2009 (BST)
You can find all the excuses under the sun (you don't have all members involved, you're not putting in full effort, one of you personally has more kills than one of us....) but none of it matters. We won't listen to arrogant boasting from someone we're soundly defeating. You want excuses? We're running with 6 actives, most of which have been restocking and hunting TZH for the past 2 weeks. Everyone has excuses. None of them matter.
Rather than try and explain your poor performance away, lift your game, hunt us down just as you claim to be able to, and speak with actions rather than words. -- Peter McGrady  FoD 07:08, 17 May 2009 (BST)
Ho ho ho... losing? We haven't had any more losses from you. And speak for yourself; last I checked, Rachgier put a bullet through that rot you call a brain, and the best you did was try and kill him in zombie form. What, you can't stay alive long enough to deal some actual damage in human form? Pathetic.

Oh, and don't try and blame TZH for your shortcomings. I guess what I'm trying to say (and what you fail to get) is: stop running around and come back into the fray.

PS: You can't hide for shit in Shackleville. I'm going to have to wait for hib's response before I kill you in Club Goodenough. For your sake, you better read this before then and run, before I "speak with actions rather than words". Oh, and you have no idea how hypocritical that sounds coming from you. Stop hiding, because you're doing a terrible job. --Dial911 15:53, 17 May 2009 (BST)

"EDIT" Scratch that I got sick of waiting. --Dial911 22:25, 17 May 2009 (BST)
Ahh yes, you mean this Rachgier?

Managing a total of 20dmg, and then falling asleep in the same room? Hardly something to brag about. He deserved the infection, leaving himself open and letting a zombie do his dirty work. Either his backup left him high and dry, or you guys need to learn to retreat. Killing me as a zed, after the fact, isn't impressive.
Consider my latest kill my final reply. I'm tiring of the circular rubbish. The current count is 28 - 15 by my estimate. That's 2:1, with similar sized groups. You can try to give reasons, but you're being outfought. -- Peter McGrady  FoD 04:45, 20 May 2009 (BST)
^^^ *Laughs* That was hilarious. Out of all the screenshots you had to pick THAT one? Rachgier killed you as a human twice, you just don't have the balls to post the corresponding screenshot.

Oh, and getting killed twice in the last two days alone and (only after... oh how long has it been? Oh yes, April 8 was your first post!) you kill me. So, finally after all THAT time you think it's something to brag about...? Ahahaha. Funny guy.
And also a very soon-to-be-dead one.

Quote: Peter McGrady
The current count is 28 - 15 by my estimate.
28-21, not counting the Spartans and Browncoats we've had to deal with.

Look who's talking. --Dial911 14:38, 20 May 2009 (BST)
Just to clarify, by my records we have 30 82nd member kills, and looking at your records you claim 11 FoD member kills. I'm just doing a comparison between our group and yours for this competition, (even if we compared all the other groups in this, that only gives you 6 more kills for a total of 17, if you do have 21 you need to update your wiki, but that doesn't matter since you don't post screenshots, meaning you can say whatever you want, I'm going to trust your own account though ;) ) so thats a ratio of almost 3 of our kills for every 1 of your kills. On a side note, didn't y'all used to be called the 101st? What happened to that?-- Denver  5MoC 18:03, 20 May 2009 (BST)
@Denver: Eh? A run in with the CGR. The rest of the 101st leadership decided to run and change the group name, which was a decision I didn't support, so I had to bite my lip and just split from 'em. Then they invited me back to this new group, The 82nd Airborne. And that's basically it in a nutshell.

We haven't updated our wiki kill list, not since our PK-killing team downsized to just 2 people. You probably know of our other team's location in Lockettside by word of the Browncoats, right? I've gotta admit, that was pretty fast.

Here's the updated kill list, since you seem keen to compare. If you want our top killer's stats so you can have a competition, it's 9 kills.
Ben Harding (FoD), warrior1 (The Spartans), bobby pegleg (FoD), Flaming Bandana Man (BC), Rob Collick (FoD), Peter McGrady (FoD), Running fox777 (BC), C Whitty (BC), Peter McGrady (FoD), bobby pegleg (FoD), gluttonman (FoD), urban slayer (BC), bobby pegleg (FoD), Kent Twinblade (FoD), blanemcc (BC), Aesir Motz (FoD), Peter McGrady (FoD), Paul Wisby (FoD), Ben Harding (FoD), warrior1 (The Spartans), Peter McGrady (FoD), Rob Collick (FoD), hibernaculum (FoD), Blair Wells (BC), Peter McGrady (FoD), tom1994 (BC), clancy82 (BC), Rob Collick (FoD), warrior1 (The Spartans)
By comparison, we're still short of your kill tally. --Dial911 04:17, 21 May 2009 (BST)
Yes you are. And will remain so. But you're doing better than most, especially yourself Mr. Dial. Outside the belligerence, you've shown a stiff upper lip and made numerous kills. Someone of your skill should be fighting with us, not wasting your time lingering around Shackleville or whatever hovel in Malton it is you call home. It is not without precedent that a former enemy has either joined us or worked with us in future events. Doesn't happen to often but you've backed up your big yap with some solid gameplay. We like that. Hibernaculum 01:04, 1 June 2009 (BST)

Understood about the whole 101st/82nd name change. I'm just glad that wasn't under your leadership, since that would undermine a lot of the things you've said here. Good to know. And I've recently been active in the bottom left 4 suburbs, competing in a Brain Stock competition called Street Wars, I have it posted in the News section of my wiki. It ended recently and I was making my way back to my group, and I stumbled across your other team at the mall, so pretty much just luck. Oh, and a game's no fun if yah can't see the other teams points, like a football game and the visitor's side of the score board doesn't work. Another question, why in your group of 18 do you only have 2 members actively PKing? I mean, that seems like a higher priority than maintaining barricades, and healing other's that aren't a part of your group. -- Denver  5MoC 21:21, 22 May 2009 (BST)

Pkers bitching about getting pkilled always makes me laugh. --Obi + Talk!|TZH|MDK 22:55, 26 May 2009 (BST)

Obi, watching re-runs of Barney the dinosaur would make you laugh. --Hibernaculum 00:52, 1 June 2009 (BST)

Haha, damnit Obi, I hate giving you joy. -- Denver  5MoC 08:23, 27 May 2009 (BST)

Barby!!!! I mean, erm, Barney!!!! --Dunstan 22:11, 5 June 2009 (BST)

Just wanted to say a quick hello from MDK. We were all brought much joy to see the majority of the Clean Air Reclamators taking a little nap outside of Mitchem the other day. It is such a shame they seem to be back in the land of the living again boring us with their FILTERING. Catch you around Vinetown!! --RedeyeSy 19:55, 09 March 2009 (UTC)

Heheh, sorry but I rarely check the wiki. If it weren't for a helpful birdie on our forums, I wouldn't be checking today. We've been getting quite a few requests from other groups to join 'em in whatever they happen to be doing. So I don't think we can hop on over to Vinetown. I think we were busy around mid-march too.--Dial911 10:59, 6 April 2009 (BST)

Nazis in Your Unit?

I'm pretty sure within U.S. military conduct rules, there's a big prohibition against wearing Nazi uniforms while openly serving in an American military unit. That just touches the surface as to why I found the presence of SS Totenkopf disgusting in an RP and RL sense. Seriously, if you have any actual respect for the real life military organization you purport to role play in this game, think a bit before welcoming into your unit people who use the anonymity of the internet to celebrate evil.--DHG Freedom Fighter 23:58, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Now this comment definitely made my day. This is a roleplay game. Totemkopf was merely roleplaying when he thought up his character's name. He was probably roleplaying with his friends about a simulated scenario about Nazis and zombies. And that's the point of a roleplay game, right? To roleplay.

Point is, afterwards he couldn't change his character name and starting from scratch wasn't exactly the way to go. So, he joined our group, thinking the whole world was at least a little more open-minded than you are.
And no, when I welcomed him into the group I didn't give your points a thought, namely because I knew I wasn't welcoming an actual nazi, just another person who roleplays, and like the rest of us was stuck with the character he started off with. Oh, come on, as if I would invite an actual nazi into the group. Get over yourself.

And maybe at the same time, you'd like to get off your moral high ground. "Celebrate evil"? Roleplay, you moron. Zombies and nazis. When he started off it may have seemed like the best possible combination. It's not something you take too seriously, and it sounds fun at first. Then after that he figured he'd need a group to join. He didn't have any grand master plan from the beginning to join our group just to diss military tradition. Our ad simply caught his eye.

Since you're pressing this matter like a twat, I'm just going to shrug this one off and maybe pretend it never happened.

Oh, and for the record, Totemkopf never made any plans to permanently embed that character into the group. His plan (from a while back) was to make a new character, since he figured that the "nazi vs zombie roleplay" thing and "being in an American Army unit" didn't really feel right. It's just that he hasn't gotten 'round to it yet since he's been busy (I assume). Hence the reason why he was inactive until recently. And surprise surprise, as soon as he gets back, somebody shoots their mouth off. --Dial911 20:14, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Sorry for the late reply, but we're a 'lil busy at the moment. I can only imagine how long this request has been here (you forgot to timestamp, buddy ;) ), but usually we respond to alliances are made on our forums.
Right now we're helping DEM and Cold Cell in Hildebrand Mall, and trying to recover the ruined remains of glorious Tynte mall!

Additionally, you may want to put a closing center tag at the end of the page to fix that weird formatting. -- User:The Rooster RoosterDragon User talk:The Rooster 18:39, 29 June 2009 (BST)

Fort Perryn

Seems we have some concerns about Fort Perryn's cades. The Fortress and ENVY and Cannonball Crew (among others) have been effective contributors in reclaiming the suburb and the Fort and we are trying to comply with the barricade plan as conditions permit. Currently we are coping with 18-30 zeds outside the gatehouse. We welcome your assistance in holding Survivor gains and ask that you consider the broader context in which we are working. Thank you for your consideration. --Anne tardew 09:17, 5 July 2009 (BST)

And this is why I'm not going to join...

We're not that stupid. And, there are no working cars in Malton, so I see no harm in sleeping in the middle of the road once in a while. --Dunstan 21:18, 21 June 2010 (BST)

Concerning your group advert on the Category:Recruitment page, you may be interested to know that a vote is currently underway concerning the duration of time adverts can be reserved by a given timestamp. Your input is welcomed, and it should be known that if this vote passes you will need to update your adverts on a at least a monthly basis, not a two-monthly basis. Thanks. Sorry! I never check the talk page! Ok. Anyway, Yeah Me and Dunstan will update it every month.-- Jerrel tlk (82nd!) (Project Unwelcome!). 21:50, 2 August 2010 (BST)

Is your Radio frequency still in use?

Lol thumbs up.jpg Thanks for the Reply!
Thanks Bro!

Because of your timely reply, your frequency reservation will be preserved.

I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience or it seems relatively stupid when put into context of your group, but it is our interest to treat all groups on the same level when doing these purges. A reply within 2 weeks will be greatly appreciated. -- LEMON #1 12:53, 25 August 2010 (BST)

We sure are. I think we show that by posting a reply on the same day. Or maybe I just stalk the recent changes page. Whichever..-- Jerrel tlk (82nd!) (Project Unwelcome!). 23:35, 25 August 2010 (BST)

Either's good, thanks. -- LEMON #1 01:36, 26 August 2010 (BST)

Great Suburb Group Massacre 2013

I'm a volunteer helping to do some janitorial work on the suburb pages of the wiki. As part of that, we're double-checking in which suburbs each group is active. Currently, you're listed using a radio frequency. If you would like to continue being listed, then please respond within the next month with the radio frequency you are using. If we don't hear back from you or we can't get the information we need, we'll be removing you from the lists, but you're welcome to re-add yourself later. If you have any questions, feel free to visit our informational page. Thanks. --RWSig1.png RWSig2.pngFoD PK Praise Rando!01:31, 22 October 2013 (BST)

Because your group hasn't responded within a month, your suburb and radio listings have been removed. Feel free to relist your group. Bob Moncrief EBDW! 15:55, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
