An Agreement
This is the last offer I am making.
I will put EVERYTHING that has gone down behind me, become Umbrella's ally, AND stop my hostile behavior if:
- You unban my account and give the correct permissions
- You give us the UBCS acronym.
- You stop spraying offensive tags.
- You delete the Haliman files.
