Recruitment

I like the name. How are you going to work - follow the STLP, and use X:00 tactics? You should get yourself a free forum... it's a lot easier to organise a group with a forum. here's a link to one with no adverts. Alternatively, ask about setting one up at www.barhah.com. I did plan on getting a forum, so thanks for the link. I'll set one up there soon. As for how we'll work, I plan on well coordinated strikes against important targets. If that means we attack an NT, then I guess we will follow Salt the Land. Otherwise, no, our policies will be somewhat different from existing tactics. X:00 isn't a bad idea in theory, but the way I see it, it either goes unnoticed by ferals, or give away plans to humans. Either way, I don't think it's worth it. I plan to develop a command structure, so small groups of members can work independently of each other, or work together, depending on the target of our attacks. Our early goal will be to take a suburb, or at least a part of one, to make our homeland. --Sqrpio 12:05, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Unfortunately I'm a little busy with setting up a group of my own at the moment. But I'll keep an eye on your group and probably put an alt in at some point. Starting in Pennville though? Wow, that is ambitious - there's a fort just nearby. I know that the trenchies inside are strategically almost useless with respect to having much of an effect, but there's so goddamn many of them. I wish you luck, sir! 'arm. 18:46, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Heh, maybe Pennville isn't the best place. I saw plenty of zombies around, though. I knew the fort wasn't exactly the perfect starting place, but I figured if I found enough ferals around who weren't just survivors looking for a revive, it could work out. Eh, I'll change it anyway. Osmondville looks good...less survivor groups too. Well, whatever ends up happening, thanks for the advice! --Sqrpio 21:08, 24 September 2007 (BST)
To get recruitment, you really need to run around as a survivor spraying tinyurls to your wiki page. So just spray and spray, and then direct the zombies who join using the forum. 'arm. 21:21, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Thanks for all the advice! I've got a spraycan now...I really think I'll need more than one, though. Maybe some flares, too, just to draw their attention. Anyway, I'll see what I can get done today. --Sqrpio 23:10, 24 September 2007 (BST)
One last thing - the nest place to find Spray Cans is in a school. 'arm. 23:14, 24 September 2007 (BST)
