"Is Death Permanent?"

This section exists, and it's not entirely accurate. Death can be cured for both sides (zombies and humans) - currently. However, if my understanding is correct, it is possible for there to be no humans with the appropriate skills and equipment left in the game. Once that happens, it will be impossible (or virtually impossible) for any zombie to become human again.

Anyone can become a zombie simply by dying. Becoming a human again however, requires that there be another human with the appropriate skills and tools available to convert someone back to the living.

This is my understanding. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Right now this seems a distant possibility. It is a possibility none-the-less though, am I right?

It's a numerical impossibility that only comes up when people panic. There are still the issues of the unkillable accounts(idled, DIRT:NAPers) and then there's that at the point where there are enough zombies to cause such a situation all it takes is 1 Scientist account as they could level three times on their first day, no one else would be extracting. It will never happen in an open game, 1 reviver makes 5 reviviers.--Karekmaps?! 19:33, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
