We should...

...add a clause. A clause that states that anyone not listed here can claim an entry, but, the very first character you claim an entry with must be the only character you use to claim entries with, if you choose to claim another entry in the future. And this list will be used to document which alts can claim entries listed on the Death Note. Of course, to even that out, since I don't really consider DN a group, more like some sort of a challenge, anyone listed here who has not claim an entry within three months will be removed. Once removed, the player of that character can claim another entries with an entirely new character, if they choose to claim another entry in the future. But if they do claim another entry in the future with another alt after they're first alt has been removed from the list of Holders, all claims must be done with that new alt, and they cannot change up their alts unless the new alt has been removed from this list of Holders.
