About Your Resting Policy
Probably not the best idea. Especially since the three fire stations next to each other makes for a perfect spawning hotspot. After all, this game could definitely use a lot more newbies. - Put it in simpler terms. Your three fire stations are part of the English Drive School spawning hotspot. Notice that English Drive School has 4 fire stations on adjacent squares, including the ones you're claiming. Chances are, if you keep all 4 fire stations powered and at VSB+2, you can spawn a good lot of newbie firefighters.
