I've been taking refuge here most of the day. It appears to be safe and it's close to some police stations where I could resupply. But after night fell, this paranoid nut in a trenchcoat showed up and blocked the entrance so much that I wouldn't be able to get back in. I have to leave through a damn window on the second floor.
