Rotter revive establishment

No one is under any obligation to help with the rotter revive clinic at the Patterson building. Feel free to wander away any time you get bored. I greatly appreciate everyone's help.

If survivors are unwilling/unable to revive the rotted, we could always use an extra generator. They tend to get smashed every couple of weeks.

I have vague hopes of Patterson becoming a neutral space, but I doubt that's going to happen.
