Suggestions

  • the Dollis Arms, (65-97). Down to VSB+2. This is going to be our 'permanent' HQ while we operate in the Hollomstown region. Most of our members are not FR capable and need to let them access the HQ. -- BlackReaper 04:45, 7 October 2007 (BST)

I do believe that it is safe to say that it won't pass. You don't have to be so rude, *eherm* violet B *eherm* by the way...--The Shoemaker Talk Red FactionDinosaur.gif 04:23, 17 June 2009 (BST)

It was mildly rude of you, good sir, to start a vote in a back room without informing the populace at first and skipping discussion on whether or not a change was even necessary. =P --Bob Boberton TF / DW 04:27, 17 June 2009 (BST)
I have realized that. But thanks to all of you who showed some civility and maintained good composure, maybe understanding the fact that this is a resource for a game, and not real life. If it were, well, who knows...--The Shoemaker Talk Red FactionDinosaur.gif 04:30, 17 June 2009 (BST)
Just because this isn't real life doesn't make it okay to act inappropriately. And if this is just a game, why go through the trouble of coming up with a new plan in the first place? Anyway, no hard feelings, and I'm glad to see you pulled the plan. --Paddy DignamIS DEAD 18:34, 17 June 2009 (BST)
Good point. Never any hard feelings. And now, Charlie Comp is gone anyways.--The Shoemaker Talk Red FactionDinosaur.gif 21:04, 18 June 2009 (BST)

Proposed Revisions to Make Plan UBP—Feedback Please!

Having finally noticed that our plan was ruled non-UBP-compliant because of poor VSB distribution (primarily in the northern half of the suburb), I thought I'd work on bringing the plan more in line with the UBP guidelines. My tentative revisions follow (link to revised template); any feedback will be taken into account before the plan goes up for resident approval! —Marion Wells 19:43, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

Overall Scheme for New Plan

  • All churches, junkyards, and schools to be VSB.
  • All hospitals and Porter NT to be VSB, subject to local conditions.

Summary of Changes

  • Theophan GH, (63,94). Down. Important newbie resource, to be maintained at VSB—subject to local conditions (i.e., if the zerg swarm returns, we button it up).
  • Porter NT, (68, 96). Down. Important resource, to be maintained at VSB—subject to local conditions. Before, Western NT was designated as the VSB NT, but as Porter is maintained by larger groups, it's easier to safely maintain Porter at VSB.
  • Warfield Boulevard School, (66, 91). Down. Additional newbie safehouse and TRP.
  • Shearn Alley School, (61, 94). Down. Additional newbie safehouse and TRP.
  • Abbott Road School, (64, 95). Down. Additional newbie safehouse and TRP.
  • Riggs Museum, (68, 92). Down. Breaks up an all-EHB pocket.
  • Cleaves Arms, (64, 91). Down. Breaks up an all-EHB pocket and provides new characters with access to an important resource (booze).
  • Western NT, (63, 99). Up. Important resource, to be maintained at EHB. Same reasoning as for Porter.
  • Fluck Library, (61, 93). Up. Protects the northern freerunning lane into Wyke Hills.
