Mansions are great for jackets, shirts and pants. No source for good red hats yet!!! firefighter helmets are red, so thats the best you can do.

Santa's primary weapon is the boomstick, followed by the wood axe. Having been called upon to fight off Cthuloid horrors since early medieval times, Santa has no problem laying down the smack when necessary, or just when loaded.
Santa should try to keep a bottle of schnapps at hand when necessary to start fires or to keep blood alchohol at the minimum recommended level of 0.15 to fight off infection.
