Bannerman's Island Preserve

Hey, my people run through Whitlock sometimes and CaptainBuckley is there very often. Can we be linked as allies? Don't mind beind snubbed if you'd rather not. DKB 03:07, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Gladly! Just sign up to our forum, and we'll give you access to our ambassador's section! Doctor How 17:58, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
Tried registering, never got the activation e-mail. DKB 04:58, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
Odd... I dunno, either your email service has a spam filter and blocked it, or it's just lost in
cyberspace... try again, I guess? Doctor How 21:05, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

NecroWatch

I just wanted to stop by and ask if you were interested in assisting with this project. As you are the inhabitants of the Whitlock Building it should be a fairly simple request to post a NecroNet scan at least once a day, or even every 2 days. Is anyone in your group interested in taking up the task? --Mobius187 17:13, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Sorry for being a bit slow to anwer! With the Bash coming, we've been busy. Anyway, I don't see
any reason we couldn't give it a try! Doctor How 14:56, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Wandering...?

A recon report from Dunningwood places rest'in'pieces at the Crampton NT. That's some distance from Whitlock. I thought group policy would kind of require you guys to stay close to home. --Mobius187 05:30, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Ah, that's right. While our primary concern is the Whitlock Bldg. and Dulston, we're doing some
experimental work on forming a mobile force. Rest is setting up a forward post for said force, and
doing some recon on the Bash's movements. Doctor How 23:21, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Requesting Permission

I just wanted to ask if I could have authorization to make edits to your group wikipage. I've examined the code and I would like to clean it up a bit. Also, if possible, I aim to have the group template (and group image) aligned with the top of the wikipage, rather than after that gap. Let me know if you are willing to let me do so. I have excellent references for past wikipage work if you should need them. Not that I'm planning anything major. --Mobius187 14:26, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

Don't see why not. ;) Doctor How 19:03, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
I have made a series of updates. I may make more in the future, depending on how much you like the ones I've done so far and my own free time. Enjoy. --Mobius187 05:22, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Members?

SubjectZero, PubicPubLover, yonnua koponen, and Findeccano are not displaying W.A.R. as their group affiliation. You may want to talk them into doing so, as the best way to show your group is active is to appear on the UD Stats website (for which you need 10 active members all using the exact same group name). Just a thought. --Mobius187 19:17, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Whoops, wrong section! Doctor How 23:11, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
As an FYI, Infected Swarm are going to be coming back to Dulston sooner or later, and due to a slight mix-up Vachon explained that he's added everyone on the Dedicated Staff list to the Swarm's hit list. As such, you can expect what we call "special lovin'" from zombies that break into Whitlock. Of course if it makes you feel better I'm sure they would eventually get around to killing everyone regardless of the group affiliation. So protect Whitlock at all costs! ;) --Mobius187 17:08, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
Ah, can't say I'm surprised. I'll be sure to pass the word along, though.
Doctor How 18:24, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

On a different sort of note, I've been in Treeweeke Mall, and a guy named He's dead Jim just destroyed a generator. Under his group affiliation, he listed 'WAR,' but I didn't see him on your members list, and you don't look like a GKing kinda group. Is he one of you? PsychoGoose 05:00, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

he's being a problem at Whitlock to, and seeing some of us have been hunting him he might not like us. so that might explain the false group tag.

Dulston Group List

FYI, I've created a small group icon for W.A.R. and added it to the group suburb listing for Dulston. If you're not happy with the icon you are of course free to change it to whatever you like so long as the new image is 25x25 pixels. I also recommend it being something you can actually recognize at that scale too (which limits some images). --Mobius187 19:00, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Niiiiiice... thanks a million, Caleb! Doctor How 20:29, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Suggestion: Taco Tuesdays & FoS

I would like to proposition that your group support Taco Tuesdays at Whitlock NT. In the past it's been a mostly informal affair, but I believe with the backing of your group it can be made into a weekly activity. We just need tacos, or perhaps just talk about tacos, every Tuesday. I can already imagine it! This is going to be sweet...

Also, I hope that as you are staying at Whitlock that you will take it upon yourselves to enforce the use of the building's informal name, aka "The Fortress of Science". Long has Whitlock held this moniker, ever since I came up with it a few weeks ago. What a glorious history. It's a history we should embrace and engrain into everyone until it rolls off their tongues naturally. --Mobius187 15:32, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

No reply yet? I hope you guys aren't avoiding the very important "taco issue". Also, I did you one up and created a redirect wikipage for your group. Now all you need to do is type "war" to be directed here. Now how popular will that make your group site!?! Very. --Mobius187 17:13, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
Come now good sirs. You must see reason on this issue! Taco Tuesdays bring together two of the best things humanity has to offer. Tacos and the letter "T", (because in all seriousness everyone hates Tuesdays). Now sure, I know what you're going to say, you're going to say, "Caleb, err, Mobius, you wonderful bastard, what about Taco Thursdays?". It seems like an obvious solution as it removes hated Tuesdays from the equation, but the fact of the matter is that Thursdays are commonly reserved for wet t-shirt contests and finer cuisine. Or possibly wet t-shirt fine dining, if you must. So I opted for the lesser of two evils in order the acquire the necessary double-T which gives the event its required "spin" potential. You must admit my logic is flawless in this matter. --Mobius187 00:03, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Oh, sorry Caleb. Haven't had a chance to check the Wiki in the while.
We're under attack from insult-weilding idiots, you see... anyway, 'Taco Tuesdays' sounds
interesting. Will there be karaoke? Doctor How 15:53, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Do you want karaoke? If so, then yes. We shall all eat tacos and sing karaoke every Tuesday at Whitlock NT.
Also, don't worry about radio slander. It's is the Malton equivilent of the "idiot box". Sensible people know to take everything said on it with a grain of salt. I have been informed that Alliance operatives will be on the lookout for anyone spreading anti-WAR propaganda. If they spot someone using a radio at their location to do so they have orders to report them. Of course you are free to handle this situation as you see fit, but keep in mind everyone hates radio spam, so you may want to consider that when responding to slanderous remarks, namely that you are contributing to it and people in general will only remember one thing: WAR was involved. The BAR once had a problem with this. Their response? They ignored it. Of course whatever WAR does is your group's business. --Mobius187 18:48, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Hmm

Interesting Premise. Please feel free to review our list of zergers here. You'll find that some are in Dulston. You can also make reports of suspicious people in the area who are not on the list. --Akule School's in session. 15:12, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

I can provide a list of people who don't scan before they revive.

If you want... Standard Zombie 2:50, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

Sure, why not? Doctor How 23:03, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
